This tool is used mainly for medical cabinet that neeed to queue patients arrival by taking into account the previously appointment time (scheduled by phone or web).
This software, that can be accessed by any computer browser on the local network, manages an appointment log and shows a planning of appointments and availability slots.
The customer arrives at the cabinet and gets a ticket from the dispenser in order to access the service (normal queueing) than it will be linked to his previously reserved appointment slot and forwarded with the same ticket to the requested room. The patient will be then called by his ticket number and the ticket number will be displayed on counter display, summarizing and announced with the vocal system rather than by name in respect of his privacy.
When customer goes directly to registration desk without a ticket from the ticket dispenser, a number can be assigned by the operator, the ticket number can beattached to documents delivered to the patient.
