FilaviaCustomerSatisfaction

This tool has been integrated in Filavia system to obtain a customer satisfaction indicator following the guidelines of Italian ministry of public administration regarding face to face transaction. A 9 inch touch screen display facing the customer let him express his satisfaction when the counter keyboard close the current ticket.
The information can be expressed by the customer (it is optional) and a choice has to be made before a configured time limit. When not in customer satisfaction mode the display can show the ticket informations thus becoming a counter display as well. Customer satisfaction result can be displayed as reports from statistics pages or they could be shown in real time on Filavia summarizing display.
