Enterprise Features:
Enterprise features relate to the centralized management of multiple remote locations within the same organization. The configuration panel can manage together or branch by branch all system functions: a distribution system inform the remote branches about any changes to the central configuration and collects statistical data from remote branches to concentrate in a single database, here you can evaluate data for single branch, group of branches or globally

Enterprise Server:
This is the module of Filavia system dedicated to the management of large organizations with headquarters and a number of branches. It can be used in case you want to centralize the administration of branches queues management along with distribution of information and multimedia content. The philosophy is to centralize the system, using a dedicated server configuration, all queue management of the branches, allowing the administration of services, operators, scheduling and distribution of audio and video content playable by the message player and summarizing displays.

• The central server allows you to concentrate statistical information from the various branches stored in one database for future reference data for branch or for the whole organization.
• The queue management is instead assigned to a process residing in a single branch which can operate on the hardware platform of the ticket dispenser or summarizing display. In this way the branch is fully autonomous during business hours and upon receipt of the configuration is no longer dependent from the headquarter.
• At the end of business hours the branch managing process sends over the network statistics to the central server that stores them to the database.

Main Server:

• Administration of every shared and spcific data of every branch
• Delivery of configuration and multimedia content to branches
• Storing of branches queue statistical data
• Browsing of historical data branch-wide or enterprise-wide and report generations

Branch Server:

• Local queue management
• Monitoring local queue in real time
• Interface with local hardware like hubs, summarizing, totems, operator keyboards, counter displays.
