Multi queue and multi services management system, can manage up to a maximum of 8 counters with 8 different services. It is based on a dispenser with a thermal printer and an 8 push button panel, through the buttons you can select the desired service. The ticket has all needed information, printing date and time, facility name and ticket number along with a letter indicating the kind of service. The ticket is called when the counter operator press a wired call button or an rf remote button; called number is displayed on a led display mounted close to the counter and/or from a led summarizing display installed in the waiting room. A beep warns people wating in the room. All system configuration are made through a web browser. Software permit to access configuration of services, which button correspond to which service, configuration of counters and download staistical data (last 10 days are kept) that can be copied on an excel sheet.

The ticket is called when the counter operator press the "Call" button on the counter keyboard; called number is displayed on a led display mounted close to the counter and/or from a led summarizing display installed in the waiting room. Through the multifunction keyboard counter operator can choose which service to call or simply call next customer, forward customer to another service, put customer in a separate waiting queue or delay the call of a particular customer. Summarizing LCD displays informations about the name of services called and number of waiting people. Configuration operations are made through web pages that can be reached by any computer on the local LAN, the software gives access to services configuration, counters and download of statistical data.
