Filavia SPS

Queue management system, multi service and multi counter, can manage a number of operators and services for every need. The system uses one ore more ticket dispenser equipped with lcd touch screen or with touch button and thermal printer.

Printed ticket has all information related to the chosen service, printing date and time, facility name and a ticket series plus a progressive number. Ticket can be customized from system administrator with a logo or ads.

Ticket call is made when counter operator uses his multifunction terminal (hardware or software) on his desk; called ticket is shown on operator terminal lcd or on pc desktop and is displayed as well on led counter display if installed.

Summrizing displays can be led displays or big format LCD monitors to provide much more information about queue status, advertising or multimedia content. A sinthtized voice system warns about currently called ticket and destination counter giving as well direction (floor, room etc.). The message is in the language chosen by the customer during ticket printing at the dispenser.

Through the terminal the operator can do different actions like: generically call next customer of any enabled service, recall a customer, choose the service he wants to call, forward customer to another service or counter, manage local waiting list, manage delay calls, etc. The terminal led display or the toolbar (if operator is using software terminal) shows the name of the service called, the ticket called, and how many other people are waiting. Configuration operations of the system are achieved through intranet pages via a normal web browser. The configuration panel allow to access any possbile piece of the system configuration and allow to consult statistical reporting about the queues.
